As the founding lawyer at GOOSELAW™ Immigration, I help businesses and individuals inside Canada and from around the world with their Canadian immigration matters. I draw on my expertise as a Canadian educated lawyer and as a proud immigrant to Canada, to provide high-quality and personable immigration services.

Your immigration application will be advantaged by my experience providing legal immigration advice and support to mobility groups, human resources, legal departments and in-house compliance teams at start-Ups, medium sized and large multinational companies.

I lead the GOOSELAW™ Immigration law firm in supporting Canadian startups and billion dollar multinational corporations as well as families and individuals with their immigration needs. Together we help clients navigate complex immigration regulations, including those related to international trade agreements such as NAFTA, CETA and GATS. I also lead the firm in providing support with various work permit categories, including intra-company transferees and NAFTA professionals as well as labour market impact assessments (LMIA) and Global Talent Stream applications.

During my free time, I love exploring the great outdoors with my family, especially during the summer when we go camping. I also have a deep passion for travelling and have been fortunate enough to explore many parts of the African continent.

Hi! I’m Marc Remmling. I’m a Senior Immigration Lawyer at GOOSELAW™ Immigration.

I have dedicated my career to designing strategic legal solutions for my clients to address their immigration needs. My passion lies in solving complex immigration puzzles – whether that means helping businesses seamlessly move vital talent across borders or guiding an individual or a family through the complex maze of Canadian immigration rules and requirements.

I have a comprehensive track record of counseling corporate and individual clients across a wide variety of professions and industries. I have in-depth and extensive experience in a wide array of Canadian immigration categories and streams, including Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) applications, intra-company transfers, and work permits under trade agreements such as CUSMA (formerly NAFTA). Additionally, I am well versed in permanent residency pathways, including Express Entry, Spousal Sponsorships, and Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), as well as in citizenship applications. I have also served as an instructor in an immigration laws and policies course for immigration consultants.

When I’m not working, I enjoy running, cycling, traveling, listening to music, skiing, reading, hiking, and watching movies!

Hello! My name is Andrea, and I’m a licensed immigration consultant at GOOSELAW™ Immigration. I have deep knowledge of the temporary permits application process. I   am also specialized in Humanitarian and Compassionate applications. 

Originally from Honduras, I know what it is like to be an immigrant in Canada and the challenges and opportunities it entails. I have the opportunity to work closely with clients to assess their eligibility, ensure applications comply with regulations, and provide support throughout their journey. I also bring an empathetic, compassionate and detail-oriented approach, driven by my professional background as a social service worker. 

I am a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant with an Immigration Practitioner Diploma from CSIC E-Academy.  I also hold a degree in Social Service Work and I am currently pursuing a certificate in Financial Markets and Business Administration from HEC Montreal.

As a fully trilingual professional, I am fluent in English, French, and Spanish, which allows me to get to know clients better and provide them with support in the language they are most comfortable with.

Outside of work, I love exercising, reading, and spending quality time with my family.

For nearly three years, I’ve had the pleasure of supporting a wide variety of work and study permit applications for our business clients, as well as permanent residency applications for individuals.

With a Bachelor of Laws degree and a degree in Business Administration – both from the University of the Philippines – Diliman, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my role.
